2. Ordering & Payment

1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
    
2. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely; full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
    
3. Prices & Taxes: All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
    

3. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

1. Shipping Carriers & Timing: We ship all orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
    
2. Damaged Items Only: We do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at cass@cassmakesthat.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a store credit.
    
3. Custom Orders: Custom & made-to-order designs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Designs

1. No Proofing Step: To keep our process streamlined, all custom orders proceed directly to production—there is no separate proof approval step.
    
2. Order Finality: Once you place a custom order (e.g., personalized engraving, bespoke resin color combinations, shell-tray designs), it cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.
    
3. Please Confirm Before Ordering: Double-check all customization details (spelling, dates, color choices, etc.) before submitting your order; we’ll craft exactly what you request.
    

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, images, graphics, logos, and product photos—is the property of CassMakesThat or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct & Account Security
When using our Site or any interactive features (e.g., product reviews):

• You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.
   
• You will not engage in spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited promotion.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

1. Product Variations: Handmade items may exhibit slight variations in color, size, or pattern. Such variability is not a defect.

3. Limitation of Liability: CassMakesThat’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised Terms here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
